I love the hair. It seems to have so much energy and character, while Mr. Burton looks pretty, uh, out of it. Not terribly familiar with the vagaries of his personality, but it's a visually interesting caricature to me. I could see putting a little more time into the face, mainly the lower half, to give it more definitiveness.
